The Cairn Enactus team has been working hard this past year to give back to the campus, the community, and the world.  Please keep the team in prayer this week, as they travel to Washington, D.C. for the Enactus Regional Competition. We will have a multitude of representatives at the event:  Kelsey Bonner, Clarence Brunot, Nick Castillo, Julian Collazo, Thos Edwards, Rea Fearson, Jeremiah Harris, Shelby Hoffman, Tieagra McNeill, Roosevelt Nguyen, Regis Peacock, Sami Thompson, Prof. Mark Gaspar, and Dr. Deborah Gaspar. This year there are six projects which were designed to help improve the lives of others including RIDE on Campus, RIDE International, RIDE on the Road, Solar on Campus, Solar International, and Showcase for Hope. The regional competition provides an opportunity for our team to showcase the University’s mission statement to a broad audience. In addition to the competition, the team will tour the Pentagon 9/11 Memorial, the National Air and Space Museum, and the National Gallery of Art. “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4 ESV
